​DOCUMENT ORDERS

 

We offer a convenient, simple and safe online ordering platform, that features the ability to upload any necessary supporting documents (Title Commitments, etc.).   We are also happy to accommodate requests made via e-mail if that is the preferred method of ordering.   

 

In either event, document requests will be delivered directly to your inbox once completed.

​PROMPT DELIVERIES

 

We appreciate that there are countless moving parts to a closing, and are we are committed to delivering our documents when your closing needs them.   In most instances, the following delivery times will apply:

​

• Requests received before 11:00 a.m., will be delivered the same day by 2:00 p.m.;

• Requests received between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., will be delivered the same day by 5:00 p.m.; and

• Requests received after 2:00 p.m., will be delivered the following business day by 8:30 a.m.

​RUSH REQUESTS

 

We fully understand that sometimes your closing simply cannot wait, and we will make every attempt to deliver any rush requests within one hour of receiving the order.   If needed sooner, simply let us know when the order is submitted, and we will use our best efforts to meet your closing’s deadline.
